For all those people out there suffering from sleep deprivation – can I get a HELL YA? That’s me lately. Normally I’m an awesome sleeper. I need 7 to 8 hours a night of beauty rest. Seriously, I need this many hours of sleep to function properly the next day.
My weekend of intense training has just thrown my body out of whack. I’m so tired. Like bags under the eyes tired. Thank you to whoever invented concealer
I’m running on overdrive these days. Between Hallowe’en night, planning and executing Angel # 1′s birthday party and practicing my new “gym” routine, I don’t think I can handle much else at the moment.
Thank god the clocks have turned back – daylight savings. I’m hoping that it will prove less challenging to drag my ass out of bed with a bit of light showing outside in the morning. I’ve had enough of the pitch black wake-ups.
I’m off to catch a few Zzzzz’s.
