Friday Favourites – Be Inspired

January tends to be the month when people start making new year’s resolutions and set goals for the year ahead. I believe goal setting should take place throughout the year. I think you need to check in with your goals regularly and re-evaluate them.

What are my goals for this Fall? Glad you asked!

I want to take training through my gym. I want to learn a new discipline to teach (involves a bit of Yoga). I’m always trying to improve my fitness levels, my waist line and my overall health. I’ve already started the paperwork to get the training underway.
